 
Palletech allows machining to be done at any time, attended or un-attended, day and night. These systems are pre-engineered by the manufacturer and have unlimited expandability. The use of Palletech allows for "Lights-Out" machining to maximize our factories output (24-7 production).
Gantry robots load raw material and unloading finished parts. The robot allows the machine to run un-attended day and night.
Bar-feeders load the raw material (in 3 ft bar form) automatically to keep the machine running un-attended. These machines have pick-off catchers that unload finished parts onto conveyors, which deliver the finished parts onto trays.
